We visited in the summer, less expensive with a Kaprun summers card (third off adults, 50% off children) in the evenings. Well worth it if your accomodation provide you with one of these!

Cheaper after 6pm with Summer card. Quite expensive but our kids loved current pool, slides, outdoor thermal pool, cave. Mountain views. Clean changing rooms.

It says on their website that they do but maybe it's best to email them and ask about the types of massages and spa treatments that they offer. Hope this helps!
