New Orleans Ghost, Voodoo & Vampire Walking Tour

3,103 reviews
New Orleans is infamous for its spooky past, filled with tales of voodoo, vampires, ghosts, and witches. During this walking tour, save time with a guide who knows the quickest routes around the Big Easy and brings the folklore and history of the city to life, all during the creepiest time of day—the night. Plus, a centrally located meeting point makes for a hassle-free, fun evening.

My boyfriend Chris and I were in New Orleans and one of our goals was to go to Villalobos. We went yesterday and it was so neat! Really enjoyed the tour not to mention it was very emotional. It was an honor to be able to get a glimpse of what they do. I was fortunate to meet Toney and Earl just by chance. These guys were no different in person than they appear on the show. I think I just got lucky I don’t think there are guarantees to meet the cast but that wasn’t why we went. We went to Tahyo Tavern to eat as well which was amazing. Best Beignets EVER!!! They have an Oreo Cookie inside they were ridiculous! We did some shopping at the store as well. The food, merch and drinks go toward the shelter which cost so much money monthly we didn’t care how much we spent. We plan on going back to volunteer in the future. But we were also excited to come home to our Pitty Izzy. Much ❤️ And respect From Detroit! Danielle, Chris and Izzy 🐾!

Check website for details on tours- they only run on certain days/hours. Entry is by donation :). Wear closed toe shoes and dress for the weather as you will be outside for the tour. You get to pet all the dogs and the guide tells you the story on each one. You want to take every dog home with you... You do have the ability to walk the dogs but same as the tours- certain days/hours.

I was lucky enough to be able to go twice during my stay. I went on a tour and was able to walk a dog on each visit. The dogs we saw on the tour and the ones I walked, Paul and Ricky were so sweet. Everyone I met was so nice and you can definitely see how much they all care about the dogs. I also talked to people working at the store who were also very nice and easy to talk to.

I went to see this Organization after my dying sister said she wanted to see them in person before she passed. I made all the arrangements so that could happen. Right after we found the venue and parked, she saw Earl from the show a d flew I to his arms. The faci.ity was very impressive as were the loving , caring staff. The dogs are so loved and well cared for. The facility was very clean and the dogs individual spaces were as big as my bedroom! A tru,y must see if visiting New Orleans
