Elizabeth does a great job explaining the history and the "why" behind four classic NOLA cocktails. The tour gets more fun as you drink, and you can tell she loves the history which makes it that much more fun! Highly recommend this tour.

Wow! I could listen to Elizabeth talk New Orleans drink history all day. So much to learn so little time. Don’t get me wrong, the tour length was perfect. It does leave you with the desire to learn even more. Thankfully there is also a book (Drink Dat) and a podcast (Drink and learn) to fulfill the need for even more learning and drinking😉. The handcrafted cocktails Elizabeth provided for us that are included in the tour were very tasty. We will be broadening our taste buds to try even more of the New Orleans famous cocktails. My husband and I, had a wonderful time with Elizabeth. From the start she was friendly and got the whole group talking. As we walked the quarter I learned a lot not just about what we were looking at but the people who were active in shipping New Orleans. At the end we got a copy of her book which she signed for us!We have some great drinks to recreate at home.…

Funny, educational, and informative all at once. Elizabeth is an exceptional and engaging storyteller. Our backpacks were well stocked with all the delicious cocktails that help define the history of NOLA. The time flew by on this tour. I can't recommend it enough.
