Left here feeling disappointed, the seats were wet and not wiped down by staff, one particular crew member was over familiar to the point of being creepy. The bar staff over charged us for drinks by double, the menu was lacking in choices with almost...More

I'm floored. Simply and completely floored. I took the Creole Queen to the Chalmette battlefield and enjoyed a Cajun lunch buffet with delightful bread pudding. But the real joy, the real gem of this trip was Charles, the historian who narrated the trip. A natural-born...More

Unlike the Natchez this smaller river boat offers a relaxing and informative tour. You get off at the battlefield and hear the story of Andrew Jackson and one of the last battles for the states. We did not take the lunch so can't comment on...More

The Riverboat cruise was relaxing and it was interesting to see the city from the river. I also enjoyed seeing the other ships closer up. However we took the Chalmette Battlefield cruise and had a park ranger who seemed more passionate about telling how they...More

Wee took the 21/2 hour historical Tour Charles the guide made it an unforgetable afternoon Expecially his speach of the hurricain Katrina was both exititing but also at living pictures of the catastrophy and the tremendously chaos and lack of help to New Orleans

We purchased the two day powerpass and wanted to get as much bang for our buck as we could. I'm not sure we would've stumbled upon this otherwise. We chose the Sunday afternoon tour at 2pm. The boat has restrooms and a full car aboard...More

Enjoyed this so much-beautiful ride on a great boat-the man greeting is at the boat was rude and crabby but everyone else was so helpful and sweet-and what a view! Love love love those jazz guys too!

The people were very nice and the narrarator had a lot of good history information. Get here about a half an hour early so you can get a good seat. If it rains they do have seats inside so you do not get wet. They...More

Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other
parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title
might suggest that this area is all about business and
little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you

offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be
touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the
world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts
