I had a great run and tour with Kendric. Enjoyed learning about the history and it was great to get a run in before a day of travel! Would highly recommend to all who enjoy running and want to explore New Orleans.

This is an outstanding way to see the city! I was in Zachary over Labor Day weekend visiting my father and my son drove down from Biloxi. I spoke with Kendrick and set up a 10k tour for me, my son and his buddy. Kendrick was right on time and even helped me find free parking. It was my first time to New Orleans. He was very cool, setting a pace we could all handle and checking in from time to time to make sure we were doing ok in the heat and humidity. Being from California, the humidity took time to get used to. The history he shared was very interesting and he told story in a very relatable way. Toward the end of the tour we were all pretty overheated and he picked us up some ice waters from a neat little donut shop that really hit the spot. I would recommend this tour to everyone.

I highly recommend the running tour! It was such a great way to see the city in a couple of hours and left feeling fantastic! The tour included many of the sites to see in New Orleans. The tour was led by Kendrick, and was just my husband and I running with him. Our tour was a couple of weeks ago over Labor Day Weekend. Kendrick was our tour guide, and we could not have asked for a better tour guide! His running pace was spot on, and he took extra care in making sure we were doing good along the run. We started at 6 am to avoid the heat. Avoiding the heat was great, but the early started also allowed for us to see a BEAUTIFUL sunrise over the Mississippi River during the one of the first stops on our run. Kendrick was incredibly insightful and his passion for the city was very apparent. This made the tour extra special. The history in New Orleans is fascinating and complex, and Kendrick explained it all in a way that was understandable. I loved his recommendations for restaurants and sites to see that we could come back later to see on our own time.

What a fantastic way to start the day! Paying attention in a conference is MUCH easier after starting the day with a run narrated by a native and history buff! Kendrick was great! Pace was easy. SO fun and he hooked us up with great recommendations for breakfast after the run! Can't think of a better way to start the day or explore a conference city! THANKS!

Kendrick let me on a 6am running tour of New Orleans. The Tour: We were able to see a lot of great sights in 10k of distance. The pacing was flexible and good. This being my first trip to NOLA, I walked away with a great base of historical knowledge and a much better feel for navigating the city for the rest of my trip. This is a fantastic way to see NOLA. Kendrick: I wasn't sure what to expect meeting an unfamiliar person at 6am on a street corner in the quarters. Any misgivings I had were gone seconds after I met Kendrick. He's professional, polite, welcoming, and also interacts well with the occasional vagrant you may come across. Many tour guides and historians I've encountered have a tendency of editorializing the history they're conveying. Kendrick's delivery was a breath of fresh air. He has a wonderfully unbiased and balanced approach to conveying the history of NOLA (where he was born & raised), and keeps it as factual as possible. He is also great at answering questions and going off the script, leaning very little on opinion and very heavily on research he's done...all the while offering attributing for the facts he conveys. Kendrick also gave me some good suggestions for NOLA that lined up with my personal interests like food, music & even local running groups. Kendrick knows his stuff, he's polite and professional, and it was a pleasure learning as much as I could from him in the time we had. I will definitely be back to NOLA, but not without another tour from this guy!
