Visited in Dec. Positives: casino is open + floor staff friendly and happy to see you; still has some of the positive vibes from pre-pandemic times. Negatives: no bar/bar service except for steak house (when open); mangerial-type employees/VIP have more of an indifferent attitude. My sense this property is "on the cusp" of viability unless things turn-around soon.…

It's not because I lost money... -You can't order from a bar. -You have to pay (not a tip) for your alcohol, didn't mind doing that if... -You have to order from the your machine, I waited 28 minutes and no one showed even though it said "Server is on the way". -Many Pit games but the selection of slots sucked. -We at least got a Weighted Blanket as a gift, asked the dealer to watch it and it was gone when I got back. We will never return to this joke of a Casino. #Harrahssucks…

I ordered a drink and was unable to get service. I machine told me to call for service so did. Waited 10 minutes. They called someone to come and I waited another 20 minutes. I decided to go else where in the casino and again ordered through the machine. I finally saw the lady who brings drinks. I asked if she was bringing my drink order. She looked at the machine and said I’ll bring one by on my next round. Here we are 15 minutes later. Terrible drink service! …

There are so many things to say. Parking was a mile away from the casino. The poker room is run by the most unfriendly people ever. Everyone is a mask nazi from the front door to the back. Slots are tight. Just an awful casino. The casinos in Oklahoma are even better.
