By far a cool place to go and see the floats and how they are made the tour makes it even better and then you csn watch the ships of the Mississippi River right out the back door

That sounds about right. You can walk as much as you want; 15 mins and stop if your travel mate chose. It's a slow walk through a large warehouse; not a fast paced walk at all.
