We HIKED up beginning at Arlington Lawn all the way to the Tower! I had a hip replacement and didn't think I could. Some parts were steep but at your own pace with water and the right shoes, most should do fine. It took us...More

Drive up the mountain is cool to get there. Take an elevator up to the top to see the beautiful views from every direction. $8 a person for adults, discounts for others depending. Worth the trip.

The view from here is really nice. It's a comfortable and enjoyable park. You can enjoy it simply by driving up in your auto for a scenic route or get out and explore. Do get out of your auto at the pavilion and look out....More

When you keep climbing up the Hot Springs National Park, you reach this point and can see the city from here. It was ok. I liked standing out from my car's sunroof as my husband drove up this mountain. It was fun

We drove up to see the mountain where the observatory was. Next we drove here to see the view from across town. I did not bring a map or I could have identified all the sights to see from here. Nice place to visit.

Beautiful views as you are driving through. We took a picnic lunch as there is an area with picnic tables and grills. Many paths to hike. Went up in tower which also provided great views, along with some history.

We did the West mountain first and had wonderful views looking down onto Hot Springs. We then headed to Hot Springs mountain(for the observation tower) Along both roads we stopped and admired the various views. If you have the time I highly recommend doing this.

The Hot Springs are fed into the bath houses underground and are not actually available for the public to bathe in unmonitored that I know of. The Austin Hotel "The Big White Tower" is where we get mineral baths at. The... More
