Cathy, our guide, provided a place for our special needs child to sit so we could take the tour. We are so grateful!

I took the tour of the mansion and I loved it! The woman who gave the tour was so knowledgeable and seemed to be passionate about the mansion. It taught me a lot.

We got a private tour of the house since we were the only ones there on a sunny fall day. It was very interesting with its many original furnishings and possessions, and Worthington's office with his personal items, but the bonus was the formal gardens...More

This is not a "fancy" mansion like you might find in the south, but it is very authentic and historic. Especially since this was the 6th governor (?) of Ohio's family mansion, it is very special to know that a large family once lived here...More

It is somewhat accessible. The house has steps, but I think there may also be a ramp. There are paths on the grounds, but they are mostly gravel. The visitor's center should be fully accessible.
