Nice stroll but keep your heads up looking at trees cause that way you wont see the crowd which makes it more romantic. We walked around only to realize later that we can rent a bike which is more fun. Too many tourists to experience the romantic-ness of Winter Sonata. Cant take a nice couple shot without photo bombers. We... More

..a place to go regardless of weather...it is easy to go and visit but it will take time..from seoul we ride in a metro then took bus then another ride then ferry going to the island. But it is worth the trip. Photographers would love the place...

Nami Island is a very nice place to visit regardless of season. Each season has highlights of its own. So it does not matter when you are in Korea - just visit it! It is a great place to chill and photographers will love this island. There are plenty of squirrels too! Be warned though - Nami Island is a... More

The location shoot of a famous korean tv series winter sonata... the place is so beautiful with a lot of artworks around the area... with black squirrels running around and lots of food shops... the art sculptures are really perfect.. with focus on family love.. so this place is great for family tripa too...

There are two different views when you go to Nami Island in summer and winter. However, I went to Nami Island with my family in summer, so I mainly talk about how it look like in summer time. Nami Island is formed as it was inundated by the rising water of the North Han River as the result of the... More

It was my third time visiting Seoul in fall season, I wanted to do a day trip to get out of Seoul and heard Nami island maple leaves were turning colors so I decided to pay it a visit. The commute to the island took efforts as from Seoul you'll have to take metro to the outskirts of sepals and... More

I came to this island in the end of Autumn so still got a lucky chance seeing the colorful leaves. It's so cold in the morning and quickly got warm in sunshine. Very romantic sight on the both sides of river from the view on the ferry boat. Really loved the small wooden house somewhere under the trees. My friends... More

We were four friends. Overall, the island is more suitable to visit with a family. But the trees are making beautiful scenes during November. We had our lunch at a pizza place De Matteo. We ordered three pizzas, special, creme, and margaretta. Unfortunately, all pizzas were not cooked well and the dough was raw.

Just about 90 minutes away from a bustling metropolis lies Nami island where most of mushy romantic tV serials are shot Walking distance from Gaspeyong subway (it is possible to reach Nami from Seoul even for a foreigner) rather than take expensive one day tours. A five minute ferry brings you here and October is the most spectacular time to... More
