Great site to visit in Candikuning. A bit unusual as the locals are fairly lazy and just go from one area to the other by car ! they were laughing at us as we did it all walking ! It is a beautiful garden ,...More

For Gardens - read Park: The area is huge - we know we walked it and a lovely experience was spoiled for us by the disturbing amount of rubbish left in the aftermath of Sunday family picnics - despite the abundance of litter bins. The...More

We visited the gardens to see the variety of local lilies and other plant types. Unfortunately everything looked dead and the whole park could do with a water. Great open spaces for families and plenty of parking but it would have been nice to have...More

A beautiful well maintained garden with several themes like cactus, bamboo forest and orchid. Visit it un a sunday and you can also enjoy some live music and food from the locals. Best visited in spring or summer to see the orchid in bloom.

Very Beautiful Garden and well maintained. Has several examples of the types of plants that can be found in this park and has some beautiful scenery that can be viewed. It seems also well maintained by the surrounding community.

There are so many good spots for picture taking. I went to this place for my prewedding photo session. Enjoyed the view, the ambience, and the hospitality of the staffs.

I expected to see a beautiful garden with lots of flowers, but unfortunately there were no flowers. The park looks untidy, many plants are sick and withered, nameplates are old, inscriptions are poorly visible. It is not necessary to visit it specially.

It's a large and green park with some botanical gardens, namely a cactus glass house, an orchid garden (not many flowers at this time of the year apparently), aquatic garden,... Nice area for picnic or walk, very different landscape and vegetation than the rest of...More

Was disappointed with the gardens , maybe wrong time of year and toilet facilities were disgusting. The ladies were all locked and only one of the men's open and that was just the toilet in the floor, no toilet paper either. For the entry charge...More

Many reviewers are comparing this botanical garden to a highly cultivated one in the West and conclude it is not great. We disagreed and found these gardens very nice and pieceful. Okay, some buildings could have looked better but there is a great variety of...More

I would say most are (not the fern forest), but there are some inclines that may be difficult to navigate. You certainly could plot a path through the garden.
