The Alleppey beach we visited -that section beach is really nice beach. But not maintained or nobody cares the local city office. There was a huge dear, getting rotten Dolphin. So much trash all over the place - lot of plastic bottles everywhere. The Govt. should take steps to regularly clean up the trash and keep enough trash bins for... More

A really nice beach with warm water to potter about in, we just jumped around in the fairly big waves. There are deck chairs for hire with sun shades. Beware It's by the hour they let you go over then come and demand more money

The beach is easily accessible, paid parking space available. The beach is clean but a bit crowded. Take a kite and thread and enjoy kite flying with locals. The lighthouse is at a walking distance.

The queen of Arabian sea, is a good place to spend our evening with friends and families. Really provides peace of mind, relaxing. Can see many forginers and native playing in the sea. Coast guards are there for our safety

Alappuzha Beach is a nice beach to have quality time walk during the evening. Sunset is beautiful at the beach. Even the options to have candle light dinner are nice near the beach. I had fun playing in the water at the beach area. There was construction going on near the beach area that kinnda create a little confusion in... More

I loved alappuza beach a lot. Though there were some construction work going on, our driver was quite reluctant to go there, but this beach is worth a visit

Came here just before sunset. Nice crowd flying kites and playing freebie. Old ruins of the bridge into the sea adds into the beach's charm. Overall loved spending evening here with my wife absorbing the changing Colors of the sea and the sky

Highly recommended that you do not book a hotel anywhere near the beach front at Alleppy since a very ugly bypass road is currently under construction that runs approx 5m away from the top end price hotels entrances. At the moment the construction site is dusty and as noisy as hell. When completed, you can have the pleasure of sitting... More
