We didn't stay at this hotel but did enjoy the Jazz they had in the lobby. The champagne was reasonably priced and tasted great! The service was not very good. We may have had a new server.

In the middle of town, not far from the central parks and business, this little series of monuments serves as a fun memorial of Greensboro biggest literary name. It's not something to make a special trip to see; but as part of a tour of the historical museum and other free exhibits, this is a nice place to take photos... More

Forgot how great a city I grew up in Many places to visit and eat. Did not know how much I missed it

There was nothing to dislike about this place. The hotel is very nice, quite newly remodeled and the service is impeccable.

William Porter was a wonderful writer and interesting life. The city is correct to celebrate him in so many ways. The statues downtown are well done and worth a quick look.

I came across this by accident somewhere between a tall building and a busy road. It's a nice arrangement of 3 separate sculptures - a statue of O Henry, one of his dog, and a large piece which is in the form of a book. A nice piece of work - but you have to look for it!
