We were moored in Saldana and after hiring a car decided to visit the historic places in the area. The SAN have always been a forgotten nation and my partner was keen to find out more. We stayed over in the guest house , ate at the restaurant and participated in the 2hr SAN drive. Lovely accommodation , reasonable food... More

Had a really good lunch on the stoep at the restaurant on a steaming hot day. For a training facility the experience was really good and the owners very attentive and welcoming. Spending time looking around at the SAN culture centre was a nice extra to having lunch out with a difference. Will be interested in visiting for the "sundowner... More

It is a very nice place to see the history, the traditions of San and Khoisan people. We all can learn a lot about our own history and how the development of human beeing went on.

As well as a very good restaurant with a wonderful view, !Khwa ttu provides excellent guided tours by San bushmen who explain about their former way of life. You even get to attempt some of the various click sounds used as consonants in the San language. Previous reviewers have mentioned the cooling breeze which was most welcome on a very... More
