It was $18 an adult and $12 for a kid just for about a 15 min ride up and back. We were not able to get off at the top due to construction.

Great adventure our three year old loves bed it, rode it twice. Beautiful view from the top. Moderate priced attraction located on the east end of the main strip in Gatlinburg.

Surprised by the lack of safety info...just quickly put you in chair and then you're off. You are told afterwards (barely) to put down the arm bar. It's ok for the views, but at $16 each, a bit pricey for the relatively short ride. Guess...More

Yes, there is a charge. You can go one time or get all day passes and come back.

I'm sure there is, but don't remember whathe it is. The gondola holds only 2 to 3 adults, so that would limit your weight as well. It certainly isn't a small amount as we were in the 450 to 500 lb range.
