I've rode this tram for about 7 years in a row on our annual trip and they keep getting worse about cramming people in trams like sardines. It has beautiful views that older kids can't even see since they're crammed in the middle most of...More

We paid to ride to the top because they told us at the ticket counter that there was a bar and restaurant at the top. We rode up at 820PM. The restaurant last seating was at 8pm and closed at 9pm. maybe they could have...More

Long time go to place for fun and food. Has been upgraded and is very clean and kid friendly. Neat rides and good fast food. Neat gift shops, one particularly aimed at US veterans.

We rode the roller coaster, and I lost my sunglasses while riding. Michelle (a ride attendant) went on a search to find them. She was unable to find them; however she didn't stop there. She pointed in the direction of Guest Services, told me that...More

We took the tram to go up to the Oktoberfest at Ober Gatlinburg. Tram ticket was a good value, $12 each (because our AAA Club saved $1) for unlimited use for two days (don't know if that's the normal deal or just for Oktoberfest). It...More

The views were great and probably worth the 13 or so dollars for admission. Once you get to the top, it's kind of disappointing. The facilities look like they haven't been updated since the 70's. The "see a bear" add on is kind of a...More

Yes, it just basically turns into a ski resort. There's ice skating inside and a game room. There is skiing and snowboarding and possibly tubing outside.
