Fun times

Had fun at the arcade though prize redemption is bad compared to other arcades. The overall experience was good though and was a fun way to spend an house while in town.

Husband and I got two full sets from a coin pusher, and ended up with over 50,000 tickets and a load of stuffed animals . One attendant was pretty dopey , but he was taken care of . The little metal coins out of the coin pusher are worth 10 tickets each and he didn't know until someone else told... More

My family loves gaming and arcades. What makes this one great is: - Employees are helpful and take time to explain how prize redemption works. - Restrooms and Arcade are very clean and well lit. - Games are plentiful with a very solid mix. - Prizes are not carnival quality with prizes ranging for the standard candy to I-pads. I... More

Don't waste your time on all of the other tiny pop-up arcades all over the area. This is the ONE you want to spend your time at! We've been coming to Gatlinburg annually for 10 years and we spend a little time in this arcade EVERY NIGHT of our vacations. Huge variety of games, well maintained. They have done some... More

Always a great stop for family fun while walking the strip. Games for everyone, the kids and I enjoyed a great game of Mario kart.

We had a great time with our kids. We all found games that we liked. Tickets were not impossible to get and $20 each went a long way. They had games we had never played before and everything works. One game was having trouble, but the tech had it up and running before we finished eating to get there. Try... More

Arcadia is the largest arcade in downtown Gatlinburg. It host a variety of games of all sizes and challenge levels. It isn't difficult for one to drop $50 to $100 in the matter of a few minutes. My grandson and I were staying a couple blocks away at a local resort and the arcade was within easy walking distance. He... More

The place is really nice inside , very clean . Pizza is okay not worth the price 13 for a reg . The games is side are fun , looking at spending 20 bucks for 100 gold , each game is between 4 gold to 12 gold per game , prizes stink ! Have to spend hundreds of dollars to... More

The game room is a nice place. We frequent it often. The prices for the games are outrageous of course being in a resort town. So dropping $50 takes about 15 minutes. The points that you accumulate add up to basically $1.00 toys until you reach hundreds or thousands of them and unload the card all at once. The pizza... More

My kids were bored stiff. There aren't enough games for little ones to play. And the ones they did enjoy( Milk Jug and the clown game) didn't work properly. There seemed to be mostly "Get rich quick" games and claw machines and not enough game that actually require playing. We blew $20 and left. There's many better options in Pigeon... More
