The Raaka Chocolate tour was educational and delicious. You learn the entire chocolate making process. Tasting the different nibs and then the final product made from those nibs, watching them temper the chocolate, filling the chocolate molds and finally packaging the chocolate. Highly recommend.

I was visiting Red Hook in Brooklyn and wandered into this small-batch chocolate factory. It was very cool. They had samples, and one of the women working there showed me a bit of the factory. I'll be back on my next neighborhood trip.

There's plenty of street parking in the area, as it is a warehouse zone, and not a residential area.
