Jacques torres makes beautiful chocolate. They charge to get in this so called museum. What a depressing place. I have seen chocolate museums in belgium, france mexico but never such a neglected depressing place called "a museum". Kids probably have a good time!

Literally waited 15min for 2 coffees. On top of that , the woman at the cashier must have been the least friendly ever. Prices are ridiculous for what you get

Go here if you need hot chocolate! I think there's more than one in NYC as well in case you can't get to Brooklyn. The service takes a while but it's completely worth it. The shop also sells plenty of chocolates and other items that you might want to purchase for later.

I came here with my best friend and we each had a big hot chocolate. They were SO RICH and delicious we felt thoroughly sick afterwards. Loved it.

Had 2 cookies and a hot chocolate. All were good, and we were glad we stopped in, but none if it was terribly memorable.

Nice place for a hot cocoa stop cookie or icecream. Can be crowded at times and not many tables. But could always take to go.

Some of the best chocolate there is! The chocolate "chip" cookies are to die for! The "real" hot chocolate is out of this world! Truffles are excellent. Wow, what else is there to say!
