This place is awesome to see at sunset. We walked all the Brooklyn bridge to finish at the Dumbo with another great view, then we walked all the way down to reach the park and take some great pictures to the Manhattan Skyline with the Brooklyn bridge on them. This is a nice place to walk with your couple, I... More

Wonderful walk. Beautiful view of the Hudson, Brooklyn, China Town and Manhattan. Nice to see the riverfront being revitalized.

Lots of fun and quirky shops. The best is in the summer when they have the flea market. You always find a bride and groom photo shoot.

Not much here other than new apartment developments taking advantage of the proximity to Manhattan. Some interesting views from below the bridges. A few restaurants.

Fun area to roam and great location for the 1 Hotel Brooklyn with a million dollar view of Lower Manhattan and the Brooklyn Bridge. Very different from my last visit 30 years ago. Neighborhood has charm and the River Cafe to anchor any visit. We enjoyed using it as a base to explore Brooklyn and it food scene. Between walking,... More

I stumbled upon this area in my latest stay in Brooklyn. It was probably my favourite area! It has the classic views of the bridge and Manhattan that you can see in the movies which was a bit of a novelty, and also just gives a different perspective to the normal views you see from the Brooklyn Bridge Park area.... Great little neighborhood with cool shops, parks and restaurants in Brooklyn. Lots to see and great views of the NYC skyline. Definitely worth the trip over via subway or the Brooklyn Bridge. Lots to see and do.

One of my favorite places to eat in Brooklyn. Spend a lot of time here on the weekends and Gran Electric is a good place to start eating.
