Brooklyn Bridge Park is below the famous Bridge within Brooklyn. If you are walking along the riverside you will discover it.
It's a really lovely green space with places to sit and relax and benches you you can enjoy the Manhattan Skyline and the East River.
There are places you can walk your dog and also play areas for children too.
A beautiful open space.

What a beautiful park offering incredible views of Brooklyn Bridge and the New York Skyline. We got here for 7.30am as the sun was coming up and took some beautiful shots before it got busy.

It's a paradise for little kids. A wonderful carousel with $2 tickets and not crowded (Sat of Labor Day weekend), boats to watch on the river, places to run, shady spots to sit, and a large, indoor food court with many choices and nice restrooms.

Brooklyn Bridge Park is a NYC gem! I love this usually quiet spot in BBP. Stunning views of the Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan skyline. Well-maintained, great for picnics, walks, and fun. A must-visit for locals and tourists alike!

Worth walking over the bridge from Manhattan or if you are already in Brooklyn, a walk or subway ride away.
There are many free things to do in the park, including free kayaking on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, Saturdays and a family program on Sundays. 100% volunteer run, by The Brooklyn Bridge Park Boathouse.

I changed my major at Temple this year to geography and urban studies and people think I’m a geography buff!! I am not that much of one but city life and cities bring me much joy!! I did a random presentation once about bathrooms in the city and how ladies always need to wait in very long lines!! I put a picture of the Bryant park bathroom and walked past it a few days after and I ran into someone who I haven’t talked to since fifth grade!! I happen to enjoy parks in the city and I went to this park today!! It was very green and had a lot of trees and flowers!! I happen to think nature is very good for a busy man who wants to chill!! They had a volleyball court and fountains and also a pizza place which we got lunch at!!

Does anyone know how to contact the Artist named Albert (he is from Croatia) and his work is pencil drawings on white paper, which he does at the Brooklyn end of the pedestrian walkway on the Bridge?
We bought a drawing from him, he rolled it into a small tube to carry / and then we lost it on a subway ride just an hour or two later.
Does anyone know if he is on Insta or FB or what his last name is, how to contact him?
Thanks.
Did u ever get in touch with him? We have one of this drawings in our livingroom
We are at the viceroy hotel @20 w 57 th. Which subway do we take to the Brooklyn bridge

But please, use official MTA site for current train route status, as well as MTA Weekender if you travel on weekends. Trains change their routes on weekends very often. That's New York.

I am taking a bus from upstate to Penn Station. What is the best (easiest and cheapest) way to get from Penn Station to Brooklyn Bridge Park? Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

The E does not go to Brooklyn. The C or A to High St. (the first stop in Brooklyn) is the way to go. Take them from the 34th St. station.

how to reach brooklyn bridge from Secaucus railway station.

From NJT Secaucus, take NJT one more stop to NY Penn Station. Then take the subway - Downtown A, C, or E to High Street. Cross the street, walk thru Cadman Plaza Park, veer left & the entrance to the Brooklyn Bridge walkway will be to your left.
