Great space but under used. Nice walk down to pier but no access to anything and then it just cuts you off

Next in the line of gentrifying Brooklyn, lots of hipsters have already moved in. Area suffered flooding during Storm Sandy, but looks good now. Former gritty and full of warehouses, now hip. Not so easy to get to.

Easily accessible using the B61 bus, this dock area comprising old warehouses and an interesting range of shops is well worth a visit. There's good views from here and some top food and bar options a short walk away including Hometown BBQ and Brooklyn Crab.
