We've been there on a Sunday with 2 adults snd a tween. We knew in advance that there won't be that much to see. It's just a stroll on the boardwalk over to the luna park so we took a look. Hurricane Sandy struck there and left a lot of damage. They're building a great new facility but right now... More

Right now it is not worth the effort required to go. Please wait for the renovations and I hope it will be better. For 11 dollars you do not see much. We had more fun walking the Broadwalk

There's just not enough to see right now...have been several times pre-Sandy, but now you've simply got to wait until the construction is completed. Then it should be first class.

We went this past weekend, and the ticket clerk warned us that about half the attractions were closed for renovation. (The aquarium was destroyed during Hurricane Sandy a few years ago and they are slowly rebuilding). Rather than issuing the warning, they should slash the ticket prices, or offer free admission. There are literally just 2 rooms indoors with fish... More

The 4D movie is pretty cool. The live show was good. There is construction work on a new exhibit and the gift shop is bigger than it looks. If you are there when they are feeding the animals than you will see more of them.

Aquarium is under construction. It is not in any way worth the money you pay to go in. Really bad experience. No one advised us that basically there is nothing to do or see. The only thing that was worth seeing was the front as you go in which has fishes swimming in a large tank. Manager got upset at... More

The Aquarium is currently undergoing some building work to improve it's exhibits / layout, so I guess if we visited when it was all completed we'd be more impressed. We did enjoyed looking at all the smaller fish life in the indoor tanks and I'm sure our son would of loved them too - if he was there. We also... More

aquarium is partially under construction which mean you will see few tanks with nothing special fish and one huge, but dirty green, with sharks. you gota be lucky for the shark to swim by to see anything. It's that dirty. Open tanks supposedly have seal and such, but all animals were hiding. I came with friend and her two children,... More

I had 4 free passes through my kids school to the Aquarium so I don't want to complain too much, but had I paid for admission, I'd be pretty ticked. The aquarium was very nice. All the exhibits were educational, well presented and clean. My daughter really enjoyed the sea lion/seal show. BUT (BIG BUT) we were done with the... More

It was wonderful to visit the Aquarium and see that it is making a remarkable recovery from Hurricane Sandy. The Sea Lion show was excellent. The kids were thrilled by the Sponge Bob 3 D movie similar to Disney. They enjoyed the smaller indoor and outdoor exhibits too. Go on a day with pleasant weather. Not too hot because there... More
