This is a must for tourists - it’s ideal for photography and instagram shots that will make your friends jealous. Stroll across the bridge and enjoy the architecture and people watch. Avoid the vendors and the “tourist trap” restaurants/shops. Best to visit in the spring...More

Its heavily crowded with tourists, and a long walk from the beginning. Its amazing, but the crowds take some of the fun away..

You've seen it in the movies & if you are in NYC you need to go see it for real. There are us tours that go all around Upper & lower Manhattan, the Bronx & Brooklyn including a drive over the bridge, you can also...More

I think everyone must have seen the Brooklyn bridge on a film or tv show. A must visit it is incredible. We viewed from several places but really got to see the bridge by getting a subway train into Brooklyn and walking back to Manhattan....More

So, if you go on a weekend it'll be very busy, in fact we had a slightly annoying protest when we were there. Despite the busyness, it's a must go-to at least once. You can get some great photo opps and it's a nice walk....More

From the One World Observatory, we had a clear view of the Brooklyn Bridge. This bridge is one of the oldest roadway bridges in the US. It connects the boroughs of Manhattan and Brooklyn, spanning the East River. There is no toll on this bridge.

I love this place, I love walking over the bridge and back. There is a park overlooking the NYC skyline and that’s the best place to sit and eat a slice of pizza or eat ice cream.

I took the subway. Only takes about 15 minutes and is very safe. If you are there for a few days, buy an unlimited metro card and you can use it in the subway or bus lines. Well worth the money.

It depends on where are you guys heading after the walk, because I have done it both ways and the train station is farther from the bridge on the Brooklyn side. If you have another destination in Brooklyn afterwards I’ll... More
