The flowers were beautiful and a couple of hidden statues were found on our adventure. This was one the most beautiful botanical gardens I have been to in a long time. I recommend to everyone even if you have small children. Cute hedge mazes.

This garden, on the UAF camps is a nice blend of research activities formal gardens and creative student projects. It is free, small and a wonderful respite from the other attractions in the area.

I was so impressed with the variety of garden beds! I saw so much I wish I had at home. We were a little late in season but some great plants still. I would definitely go back!

Princess Lodge does have vans - I would ask if they could drop you off at Georgeson. But you may need to call a cab; it's between 4 and 5 miles.
