I never knew

I never knew this was here. I took my nephew to check this out and he loved it. I never knew we had this downtown.

The trolley ride was fun, but very, very short. We expected some sort of ride through town at the least, and maybe an audible tour guide, but we just backed up the equivalent of two blocks, stopped, and came right back, but nice weather and the trolley was open air. It was interesting to see how the trolley was powered... More

Museum? More like broken down junk yard for old trolleys. No official tour, just a building full of old parts and torn apart trolleys. Old train and trolley cars outside to look at. No real direction as to where to go to ride. Wandered around aimlessly until we finally ran into the conductor. Hopped on the running trolley and sat... More

We enjoyed our excursion on the Bernie trolley. Our operator was very knowledgeable about the history of trollies in Fort Smith. It was a very HOT day. The trolley is not air conditioned. Ride is a novelty experience. Nice way to spend time with the family doing something out of the ordinary.

Outstanding trolley ride and really informative guide. He made the experience worth it so much. I really loved how he did everything and made it such a pleasant experience.

We went to the trolley "museum" shortly after they opened in the morning. There was no tour and we didn't really know what to do in this "museum". My son was looking forward to the trolley ride but we were told that there would be no trolley rides on that day. My husband asked a few questions and we left... More

Our trip only cost $3 a person and the conductor was just a sweetheart. He was knowledgable and funny. We enjoyed examining the open (does not have doors) trolley, the fancier closed (had doors) trolley, and looking at the trolley in progress. The museum is not much, just some tidbits of history, the real enjoyment is the Trolley ride. We... More

Turned out to be nice. Long ride, very inexpensive. Kids had a great time. Children aged 12 and 8. Purchased a few post cards from the museum.
