Food was tasty, and the staff was very attentive. The boarding process need to be improved, because the wait time lines were long for boarding. Didn't know which line was for what, since people was all over the walk ways.

Our family took this trip twice and it was greatly enjoyed by everyone. The crew including Captain Joe and Trey was awesome and gave us special insight on the history of Savannah and the riverboat wheelhouse.

We booked the lunch buffet tour and if we had skipped the lunch part it would have been a five star rating. The service was completely unorganized and ill managed. We sat at our table for 30 minutes before being asked if we want tea...More

If you order wine or cocktails, you can add the tip when you pay at the end. Otherwise I would tip the server personally or leave the tip on the table.
