I love ghost tours, especially in Savannah! My travel companion has somewhat limited mobility, so we chose this tour since it was mostly on a trolley. The guide was very dull and spoke so quietly and monotone that it was difficult to hear and understand her. I had visited the Andrew Low home previously, but welcomed the opportunity to see it in the evening and hear a little more. Quick trip, though. Rush in, rush out. Hard to see much with a large group. The Chandlery provided a different experience. Without saying too much, I'll just say I enjoyed it.…

THE MOST COVID-CONSCIOUS adventure. Lady Forsyth and Mr. Frost did an exceptional tour. Their haunted tales presented Savannah history in a spine-chilling way. The Perkins & Sons Chandlery was an unexpected stop that kept us on the edge of our sets. It truly was a spook-tacular way to kick off the Halloween season. …

Everyone on the 8:10PM deserves a refund. Guide was dull. Not scary at all. I don’t like to write negative reviews— this was a waste of money and time.

This tour was really boring. You basically drive by a bunch of stuff the tour guide is talking about with no time to take a picture or anything. The first stop we made at the Lowe house was just okay. We were only inside for maybe 10 minutes. The second stop at the Perkins & Sons Ship Chandlery was absolutely juvenile. Really bad theatrics and light effects. This tour was very expensive - $38 with tax plus we both left $10 tip for our guide and driver. The guide was excellent, however at one point we had to stop and wait for folks who missed the bus because they were shopping. Yea, not cool. I would not recommend this tour. I'm sorry we didn't do a walking tour as there is so much ghost history to see. Save you money go elsewhere.…

We purchased our tickets early in the morning for the:840PM tour. Showed up at 6:30PM to check in and were told to get on the 2nd 8:40PM Bus. Sat outside the bus pickup from 8:15. First 8:40PM bus shows up. We asked the guide if this was our bus, he reviewed our ticket and we were told no, a 2nd bus would be coming shortly for our tour, I confirmed with the ticket agent there was 2nd.bus coming....next bus that showed up was the 9PM bus. Were were then told we missed our bus. The "Supervisor" and the entire team is incompetent. When we first got there to check in there were 4 other people that had the same complaint but I blew it off thinking it was a one time situation. So it appears that they oversell seats hoping that people do not show up. Very unethical and unprofessional team on the night shift.…
