90-Minute Savannah History & Haunts Candlelit Walking Ghost Tour

748 reviews
Though charmingly romantic by day, Savannah becomes altogether spookier after sundown. Discover the city’s macabre side when you embark on a nighttime, ghostly walking tour, illuminated by candlelight. Meet your costumed guide in central Savannah after dark, and discover its historical squares, cobblestone streets, moss-draped trees, and even its cemeteries. As you go, learn about the city’s scariest ghost stories, unexplained happenings, and chilling characters.

What a great place to enjoy with family, friends or solitary. There are joggers, bikers, folks strolling and statues and fountains to enthrall all.

The park is beautiful! I could have spent my entire day wandering around and I was fortunate to have good weather to enjoy myself while wondering through and taking photos. I took my husband back later in the day and shared the store about the fountain I'd learned on the trolley.

Beautiful place, with well kept grounds. Amazing for photos. Although we went on a rainy day, it’s a must see for all travelers to Savannah.

What a great place for a walk. We walked all around this park. We enjoyed the moss covered trees even in February. The temps were in the high 40's and very damp. There is a wonderful water feature in the middle of the park. There are also several war memorials recognizing long dead military leaders and heros. We were able to get over a mile of walking in just going through the park and seeing the sites. Listening to the musical performers playing for change. We watched a volleyball tournament on the park grounds. Watched couples getting their pictures taken. Even watched the homeless getting served food by a Christian organization. This place had a lot of activity for a damp Sunday late morning. This is worthy of a stop.
