Though charmingly romantic by day, Savannah becomes altogether spookier after sundown. Discover the city’s macabre side when you embark on a nighttime, ghostly walking tour, illuminated by candlelight. Meet your costumed guide in central Savannah after dark, and discover its historical squares, cobblestone streets, moss-draped trees, and even its cemeteries. Please support this great institution. Go see THE LEGENDS LIVE ON! show now through February 14th. It's a must see if you are visiting Savannah. You will enjoy the music from The Beatles to Bruno Mars. The 4 man group Legacy is awesome performing songs and dance moves from all periods of music including the Jackson 5, Boys to Men, Earth Wind and Fire, Stevie Wonder, Doo Wop, Jersey Boys to name a few. Alex Hairston also performs her music from Carol King, Celine Dion, and Donna Summers. The live band is wonderful too, playing instrumental solos. The theatre is safe during these covid times. Seating is every other row and empty seats between parties. You won't be disappointed.

I found this place and booked it after several clicks from “things to do in Savannah”. And then our trolley tour guide mentioned it. All I can say is that New York and Chicago’s loss is Savannah gain. Get here and support the arts. The performance is a mix of local and national acts. Kudos to the locals showing up however to keep this gem alive we need out of town folks seeing this amazing show.

We attended the Rockin' New Year's Eve show. This was our first time to the theater and we wanted to go somewhere to celebrate the coming of the New Year. We are from NC and there is a 10 PM curfew so there is no New Year celebrations. We were skeptical at first but took a chance and bought the tickets to the show. Our daughter and son-in-law decided to attend as well. First impressions is that I loved the atmosphere of an old theater! The drink prices were reasonable. The theater's COVID policy with limited seating was acceptable. Then came the show. The show was awesome! The energy and talent of the performers was amazing! After the show the musicians continued to play. The theater provided complimentary drinks and party favors to ring in the New Year. One of the best New Year celebrations I had experienced! Thanks for making the COVID conditions enjoyable!

We attended the Holiday Traditions performance last night which was our first experience at the Historic Savannah Theatre. What an awesome performance! In fact, it may well be the best theatre performance we have ever attended and that includes Broadway. The level of singing, dancing, musical performance and production was incredibly high for a lesser known venue. And the music selection for the occasion was absolutely perfect. Imagine, Christmas music at Christmas! Wow! And honoring the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ was first and foremost throughout the evening. Many traditional Christmas carols, songs and recitations mixed with newer compositions like “Mary, Did You Know” were performed reverently and beautifully. We will be checking out future performances at the theatre throughout the year but certainly at Christmas. Bravo 👏

This is our second time seeing this wonderful Christmas Show. The theater is beautifully restored Art Deco style with great history since the early 1800’s. We love the Christmas Tradition performance. So festive & entertaining. The cast are incredibly talented. We love how the show features dancing, singing, acrobatics, comedy & even children in their acts. The show was about 2 hours with a 15 minute intermission which was the perfect amount of time. We like the seats in first row balcony center & have a perfect view of everything on stage without being to close. The theater spaced out seating for Covid comfort. The concession stand serves the usual popcorn, candy & drinks however they also have wine & the most delicious warm peach cobbler.
