This was an interesting spot to sit back and people watch. Lots of the very touristy shops and eateries. Make sure to wear good shoes because the cobblestone can be tough on your feet. This is a great spot to see a sunset!

The weather was great and the eclectic nature of the district was really nice. Parking is an issue. Luckily, we were able to find a spot that was vacated as we arrived. Bring funds for parking. It is not very expensive.
Visited for a day and night on the way home from an Orlando Florida vacation. Drove to River Street to find that the parking was free (after 5 pm). Walked around with the wife patronizing the many different stores (clothing, candy, ice cream, souvenirs, etc.)...More
