While the Pagoda has limited hours to go inside and go up, it's still a spectacular structure and amazing architecture. The park itself is huge and a nice escape from the business of the city. And there happens to be an ice cream shop across...More

Located right at the top of Hampstead Hill where Baltimoreans successfully defended the city from the British. Feel free to walk up and see all the way to the harbor.

This is a great place to take a walk, go jogging or just be outside. Personally I would go jogging here nearly daily. The park is large enough that you won't get board. There are many pretty sights to see. I was here in the...More

Came for an observership at Hopkins and found info about this park. Really big, nice lagoon with ducks, some people practicing sports. There's a place for you to rent a bike. Grass and some areas could be better though but maybe I found it like...More

A beautiful, rather expansive park. It's a great place for a walk or a picnic. We had a real fun picnic. There are some music events here in the summer too. Another interesting feature is an old Victorian, elegant looking pagoda. There is a swimming...More

I took my mom for a walk there, and we enjoyed how open and opportunistic the area was. Not crowded, but lots of things to do. We loved the dog park area. Area is well kept and parking is easy and plentiful. They could use...More

Took children there one hot August afternoon to run around after a morning of indoor activity and lunch. Lots of gear to climb on and play. Would have been better had we been able to find a fountain and a bathroom. Best up to about...More

You're a good ways from Ellwood Park, definitely not walkable. Patterson Park is very safe during the day, surrounded by old row homes, and a lot of activity during the day, especially on the weekend. Wouldn't really see... More
