The introduction to Johns Hopkins University was well received. The amount of time and energy put into the college visit was top notch. Grandchild was impressed and plans to attend.

More than 150 years old, the campus is big and stunningly beautiful. It also has museums inside the campus and the architecture would take your breath away.

The university complex and the adjacent medical/hospital facility are world class facilities. Not "old" compared to European universities but old enough in the American context. The quads are beautiful especially in the spring. The research is world class. Much interest since the publication of the Henrietta Lacks Story. The lovely Baltimore Museum of Art is adjacent to the campus. Nice Way to spend a day

It is a beautiful college campus with The Baltimore Museum of Art just next to it as well as a historic museum on campus right near the main entrance. There are restaurants nearby and a nice one in the Baltimore Museum of Art.

The closest to the university is the Inn at the Colonnade - A Doubletree Hotel, at 4 W University Pkwy, Baltimore, MD 21218. It is directly across the street from the campus. Nice place and very convenient.
