We hit some unfortunately cold weather for our trip to Baltimore, but did enjoy getting out for some walks. We enjoyed walking by the pond and having the ducks follow us (expecting food).

this park does not have very much walking trails. there are signs for a zoo that is no longer there and we saw a dead animal that had been dead for a while. it stunk! we also saw a deer with a broken leg. it was very sad. if you are looking to play tennis, this is the park for... More

It's surprising to find such a large park in Baltimore. We stopped here on the way to dinner and enjoyed strolling through the flower gardens, which were well taken care of, and along the lake. We also drove some of the shady roads through wooded areas and saw lots of places where you could picnic. Unfortunately, the Botanical Garden was... More

You can do pretty much any activity in this park -- from tennis to swimming! You can ride your bike or jog around the loop around Druid Lake and get a cool view of the city from the Moorish Tower.

The Baltimore Conservatory is located next to the Maryland Zoo in Baltimore. There are indoor gardens including an orchid garden, a desert garden with cactus, etc, and other gardens.

We were surprised Baltimore has such a large park so near the city. You still need to drive up from the city center (about 5 miles north of the Inner Harbor, through some blighted neighborhoods), but on a midweek summer's morning, we had no trouble finding parking (and it was free!). There are lots of birds to watch and plenty... More

We were dining at the Harbor and decided to check out Druid Hill Park for the first time. Well, it’s not quite what we expected, but for an urban park in the middle of Baltimore, it’s not bad. Pretty decent recreation courts and facilities. The “lake” is actually the city’s reservoir, and it’s enclosed with old rusty bars, which dampens... More

This was a lovely park. It contains pools, zoo, swimming pool, golf courses, cemeteries and so much more. It is nicely laid out for both walking and driving. It is a great place for walking, biking or a public drive
