The trails are lovely, the French Fort is small but be sure to read the markers. I walked around the fort and there were dolphins frolicking in the inter-coastal waters.

Wanted to see where the French has established themselves in Florida. There is no fort there but the ranger was knowledgeable and explained the history of the French settlement.

A great fort. An old reproduction from the 1550s. Overlooking the river. There is also a native hut near bye. If you like history it’s a must see.

Good place to learn the history of the area! The guides are very friendly and knowledgeable. Our whole family loved it!

Small visitor center. Nice nature trails and rebuilt fort and indian huts. Nice views of river and interpretive center. Good family sightseeing stop or educational learning

Fort Caroline National Memorial has a nice visitor center with souvenirs and a museum to investigate. They have several nature trails for you to walk. The Fort was interesting.

Be sure to have plenty of time to just walk around and enjoy this park. Wonderful place to go just to relax , look around, and take a leisurely walk. Very interesting to a history buff and beautiful views.
