This campground has the feel of old Florida with large live oaks and Spanish moss. The sites are nice, and are on the river side, not the ocean, but there is beach access across the road. We came just after Irma, so it was damp...More

Overnight stop on Florida road trip. Nicely separated camp pitches, friendly and helpful ranger staff. Camp site is beautiful, as is the State park across A1A. Toilet and shower block tired, but very clean. Bring everything you need, as nothing locally. Mosquitoes fierce too! Suggest...More

We enjoyed our stay and the park didn't fail. Great campsite, amenities (showers, clean bathrooms, great staff). The kids loved it and our camping neighbors were very social.

Well maintained park with boardwalks. It is not overly manicured so it feels very natural. It is usually quiet, but can get packed on the holidays. Go and enjoy!
