Donald Ross course at a good price

Surrounded by history, Hyde Park Golf and Country Club is a favorite with the locals. Great golf at a reasonable price. This municipal course is worth a visit. Once superb, PGA venue, now great fun and good challenge.

I've played Bent Creek, Country Club of Orange Park, Jacksonville NAS and Deer Creek to name a few. Decided to try Hyde Park today and came away pretty impressed. Although some of the greens... Hyde Park Golf Club is a well planned open course with wide fairways, ample greens and beautiful scenery. Many courses that I've played in Florida are surrounded by houses with some homes being extremely close to the playing areas. Not so at this course. Although the fairways and greens could be in slightly better condition, overall it is very good.... More
