The staff was very helpful on the phone and the price was reasonable to enter. The first room of art was definitely our favorite - with some Florida... More

Gardens were lovely all the colors of the flowers were beautifully coordinated. Museum was not too overwhelming, educational and fun. Café had a nice cool glass of Pinot and good food. Would go back for a visit. Nice gift shop and friendly staff.

Although this is a "traditional" museum (as opposed to a "modern" museum, it offers excellent community outreach through educational programs for youth and adults "Art Connections") as well as a variety of high quality concerts - quartets, pianists, jazz, etc. The museum cafe' has outdoor seating on Saturdays with live local musicians. The permanent collection spans ancient art through 21st... More

While this is not the largest museum you could ever visit, they do have a nice collection. I was particularly impressed with their modern art room.... More

We enjoyed the historic organization and quality of the art on view. The combination with the garden was delightful, and the location by the river, inspired. The garden was not large and we just missed the prime of the azalea bloom, but the grounds included a few interesting sculptures - loved the gargoyle - and was well-kept. Very traditional in...
