This was not a great place for a stroll or pictures. Looked like there were some restaurants with outdoor seating available.

Walked over while staying nearby. It has so much potential (or did) that it shocked us how many vacant stores, restaurants, etc. were there. Several possibly homeless people were wandering about but weren't bothering anyone. We looked at the dinner options, and for a family,...More

There isn't much to do here anymore. Once you visit once for 30 minutes there's no need to see it again.

So much potential, but the place is dead. Not safe at night, especially with children. We had warnings from police to "be careful" where we went. Beautiful view, and could be such a draw if there were more shops and restaurants.

Great location to visit when in Jacksonville, FL. Great shopping and eating. Once you have eaten take a little stroll across the Blue Bridge. Ample free parking and several to choose from.

Had been to the "Landing" many years ago. It still has great views but not a comfortable feeling when walking around. Probably wouldn't go back.

This building was once the jewel of the Urban Core. Now it's a retail wasteland populated by poorly operated independent restaurants and greasy corporate run establishments like Hooters. If you enjoy the smell of vomit, the look of deserted retail spaces and tons of vagrant...More

There are a few great restaurants, but not much more. Lots of empty storefronts in a dead down town area. Good if staying within walking distance but unless something changes not worth driving to.More
