We saw Joan Baez perform. We were seated in the back row of the orchestra – and I do mean the back row – and though I can't claim we could see individual strings on her guitar, the sounds were warm and filled the auditorium,...More

Enjoyed a wonderful concert by Joan Baez here! The venue is absolutely fabulous! I don’t think there’s a bad seat in the house. The acoustics were wonderful. I would definitely like to rake in more concerts here!

The Kimmel Center is excellent for any of the performances they have. The best would be the Philadelphia Orchestra.

I truly appreciate the selection of International and Ethnic choices of artists that always come to The Kimmel Center. The acoustics are great. It is always clean, organized and just a very pleasant experience.

Spent time at the Kimmel Center while in town. They usually have concerts and Broadway shows there but this particle visit they were having an indoor flea market. There were plenty of vendors there with plenty of antiques and paintings for sale.

The Kimmel Center is an amazing venue and the Philadelphia Orchestra is wonderful! Both are very underrated and if you can get tickets, go! You will wonder why the whole world isn't converging on the place. (I often wonder that about Philadelphia in general.) Gi...More

We happened to be walking by and stumbled in because we heard music. There was a band playing and lots of dancing going on. It was free to go in and the atmosphere was wonderful!

I would call the box office the day of the show to make sure there are tickets available and have them hold the tickets for you at the will call window. Shows sell out fast and well in advance.

To be honest...with a show like WICKED, you would want a full view of the stage. Not sure what areas of the stage you won't be able to see. Go online, view seating chart to see which areas are blocked. Good luck... More
