A must visit on South Street is Philly's Magic Gardens. The mosaics and story behind the gardens is just fascinating. We walked just over a mile from the historic district to the gardens - all safe and a wonderful walk. We also got lucky, the...More

The Philadelphia Magic Gardens are south of the city center. Admission is $10 and if you like modern, interpretive art, then it’s worth it. If your not into things like this, save your money and your time.

So much to see in the garden and the building. Very different down to earth art. Make sure you book online before you go since all entries are by timed tickets.

Overly Hyped, but painstakingly done. Worth a visit to see the art, but not worth the price! A few photo opportunities, visit for the sake of art not pleasure.

Book your ticket in advance so you don’t have to wait in line. A very interesting place to go to. It is worth going to be up close to the garden and see all the detail that went into it.

This was a place unlike any other, so from that standpoint, it was very interesting. The sculpted structures contained primarily mosaics, with some other objects incorporated into the construction such as empty wine bottles. It reminded me somewhat of Gaudí's Parc Güell in Barcelona, but...More

This was my second visit here and the museum has improved since my last visit or it just didn't make the same connection the first time, however it seems to be more with the community than I remember it. I also enjoyed the relation to...More
