I only saw the outside due to renovations but the architecture is amazing, the people holding up the centre is inspiring and the water fountains are fun to walk through.

Take the time and walk around the building and look at it's beauty. It is by far the best looking building in the city. If you are in Center City, take the time to walk by and admire.

One of the most recognizable structures in Philadelphia. A must see historical site for a great city and a great place to watch the Philadelphia Government do it's business.

About six blocks to Liberty Bell and very near Reading Terminal Market for lunch and shopping. For a working City Hall it is tourist friendly.

The architecture draws your eye and keeps it there. We were unable to go inside, but thoroughly enjoyed walking around and through this interesting building. There's a lot to see! Definitely worth the time.

Public art all over the area, from Ben Franklin at his printing press to a plaza filled with huge gaming pieces for chess, dominoes, bingo, Monopoly, etc. Fun for kids. Inside the arches of the building is a weird collection... More

Although we were unable to tour the interior during our trip the exterior is quite spectacular and was worth checking out on its own.

I took my young daughter to center city for some shopping and lunch. We were going to take the el home from city hall and discovered Dillworth Plaza. Very nice surprise. She had a blast playing in the fountain and in the grassy area. I was surprised at how clean it was. There is a cafe with Starbucks inside. I... More

City hall is an impressive looking building which is seem from a distance as you enter the city of Brotherly Love - Philadelphia. It's building that hosts municipal government offices. O.k William Penn oversees city hall and stands there like the Redcoats are coming again, I find him very intimidating it looks like he needs a wash. The court yard has nice events like dancers on the stage or music and the Christmas festival is alright (the prices on their products are over priced because of the cost of the... More
