Dark Philly Adult Night Tour

341 reviews
Leave the kids at home, because this night tour of Philly is strictly R-rated. Be led along the darker streets of the city, hearing stories of hauntings, executions, vampires, and other chilling tales. See the city's beautiful historic buildings lit up at night, and find out facts about them that you won't hear on standard daytime tours.

SO many food options from cheesesteaks to Caribbean to sports bar. We ate at 5 different places (Carmen's, DiNics, Spataros, Bielers & Dutch Eating Place) and they were all really good.

It’s a great place to kill some time indoors or if no one in your group can agree on what to have for lunch, but it was a bit too much of a walk from Independence Mall for a food court experience. At least most of the restaurant/shops were open, which I cannot say the same for other food court type places during this “season” of Covid. Everyone was wearing masks, but it’s almost impossible to socially distance.

Came here to grab some lunch from Carmen’s and some coffee from Old City Coffee (both were great) but we also ended up just moseying around and seeing the sights. It did remind me of Pike’s Place in Seattle somewhat, a lot smaller, but charming. Do not skip Flying Monkey pastries!!! The whoopie pie, fruity pebble Rice Krispies bar, and the s’mores bar were to die for.

Great place for a snack, a meal, or groceries! The selection here is second-to-none with a huge selection of meats, fresh produce, and prepared dishes. Worth the trip even if you’re not hungry, but you probably will be after just a few minutes here. Doughnuts were good, but skip the pumpkin ones if you don’t LOVE frosting.

A wonderful market from flowers to places to eat and drink. Reading Terminal Market is located at the old train stop. According to the history, it was originally open in 1893 under the train shed and then moved indoor. It is currently is part of the city convention Center with all kinds of goodies that visitors should spend sometime to enjoy the market atmosphere here. It is across the street from the Convention Center and a couple blocks from the City Hall. Great place to spend time during your visit to Philadelphia.
