This Beautiful building was only a short walk from our hotel which gave you a good view down to the beach. Nice to see that it is well maintained so people can enjoy both it & the views.

This lovely period building was formerly Ventura County Court House. It is open daily for browsing and the council chambers are beautiful. Around the top of the outside are concrete faces of monks, all with different expressions. It is worth a visit when exploring downtown.
