There are wetlands below the bridge pictured above. It is outside the Clinton Library etc and you could walk along the river on boardwalks, do running and etc. It is a great gentrified park and I think it is used quite heavily.

Lovely park close to all the fun restaurants downtown. You can walk across the bridge and see the Arkansas River traffic. Excellent place for families, singles, couples to hang out safely and have fun!

The "Little Rock" has a bronze plaque which tells its story. It's close to the bridge.

Yes, I saw a few people walking dogs, but you do have to curb your pet.
