This is a great side trip visit while in the area. Gives all age an idea of what went on in the pioneer days of the area. They have guides that provide information throughout and plaques with info.

This is a hidden gem in the middle of town. You must see this place. Many of the artifacts are genuine, not replicas. Plan to spend a few hours.

I assume you're referring to the upcoming Folklife Festival. That will be held June 22-23. We are hoping to have Mountain Men as part of our demonstrations those two days.
