After having several past bad experiences with transport between hotels and airports in NYC, we have used Dial 7 whenever we travel to NYC. The drivers are friendly, safe and competent. The cars are always spotless. An added bonus is the mobile app that helps...More
I found Dial-7 online and phoned for a quote. The representative was thorough and I made the booking with my credit card for same day service. Prior to the agreed upon time for pick-up I received a text from Shiraz my driver alerting me of...More
We used Dial 7 from LaGuardia to our Manhattan hotel and then back to the airport a week later. The driver was prompt both times and the vehicles were both clean and in good shape. I would use them again.
The driver was 10 minutes late in taking us to JFK. He did not contact us to let us know that he would be late nor did he apologize or acknowledge it. The car was clean and comfortable as would be expected from the luxury...More

Both drivers were on time and very professional. Company sent directions through text, which were easy to follow upon arrival at airport, with description of car and drivers name. Car had big sign in window with #, which was easy to see. Used company again,...More
My wife and I and two travel friends used Dial 7 from EWR to a hotel in Brooklyn NY prior to departing for a cruise out of the Brooklyn Cruise Port. Upon landing at Newark Airport we proceeded to retrieve our luggage. I received a...More
Prebooked from La Guadia to Manhattan, the driver was a bit grumpy (it is New York!), but nice car and on time. The price is only just above the taxi rate and it is nice to be able to have everything arranged in advance.
I found this company through an internet search and decided to give them a try given their good reviews. Upon arrival at LaGuardia, I contacted the company to confirm that I was ready to leave. I immediately received an e-mail documenting where my driver was...More
Booked the dial 7 car before going to NY and they were just brilliant, the traffic held them up a bit but they speedily got us to our hotel and far cheaper than a not very friendly yellow cab, so re booked to take us...More
Nestled between Central Park and the Hudson River, the Upper West Side offers iconic architecture and a quiet, residential respite from the buzzing energy of downtown. Along Central Park West are many of the city’s most iconic apartment buildings, as well as the American Museum of Natural History, which has been welcoming visitors to its historic exhibit halls for over 140 years. Culture fans will love Lincoln Center,
home to some of the world’s best opera, dance, film, and theatre performances, all centrally located around a beautiful fountain. Spanning the entire length of the Upper West Side, Riverside Park is ideal for a long, leisurely stroll in a quiet green space.

If you have a lot of luggage, for 4 people you will probably need a minivan or an SUV. With Dial 7, we had a minivan pick us up at the airport, but for the ride back they provided a Lincoln SUV. The cost from EWR to Brooklyn should run about $100-$125, plus tip. If you check their website, they will provide you with a cost. Also, if you check on line, you can get a coupon for a discount. With a taxi, the far will run $75 - $100, plus tip. The exact cost will depend on the time of day and the traffic. Again, there is a taxi estimator/calculator website online to give you a better idea of your cost. I would definitely go with Dial 7, however. We used them 5 times on our recent trip, and were extremely pleased above and beyond every time. Enjoy your stay!
