Very nice theater, tickets for Harry Potter very expensive, drinks and snacks even worse, but typical for Broadway theater.....the special effects were amazing

I don't know - you'd have to check with the theater. As an audience member, I didn't need assistive hearing devices, so I can't answer the question. Sorry.
