In my experience, they would not do this for 7 people. The bus normally carries about 30 people and we met it at a pre-determined location. There are services on NYC that do private tours, though.

Hi mate, yeah you go to ellis. Dont pay to look through the register. Its a rip off. Walk outside and look for the name on the wall. Its all alphabetical and easy to find. A friend found there grandparents in under a minute.
