We saw Julius Caesar at the Delacorte Theater recently, and really enjoyed the performance. We've been seated in several different locations during our various visits, and all seats have had very good lines of sight and very good acoustics. There is something very special about...More

I got tickets from TodayTix over the weekend and the play was wonderful. A bit of a modern twist but the play is timeless. First time at Shakespeare in the park and a great experience.

I used the TodayTix app and scored two tickets in the lottery so I didn't have to wait in line to get seats! Highly recommend you check this out. Such an amazing night!

Shakespeare in the Park is really very well done. Spectacles are interestingly arranged and actors' play is great. If you add to it the fact that it all takes place in the Park's amphitheatre, you obtain a perfect combination.

Love the theater in the park. Great performance. Show has lots of stage fighting (very complex), also guns. Just a wonderful evening. Many food and beverage options at the concession stand.

This is one great open-air theater in Central park, perfect for staging performances from dances to stage plays. Every summer this theater stages Shakespeare plays for free, but you need tickets to get in. The performance is usually in the evening. Tickets are available on...More

The Delacorte's free summer theater in Central Park is a true Manhattan experience. You have to line up for hours the morning of the show in hopes of getting your free tickets (2/person are given out). Chatting with those near you in line is part...More

I've been fortunate enough to go to Shakespeare in the Park every summer since I moved to NY. It's always a magical experience seeing amazing actors on stage, outdoors, in the middle of Central Park. You can buy tickets by donating. I've also had success...More
